Maury & Yvonne:

I am so very sorry for your loss. I was devastated when I heard the news of Avery's passing from a co-worker today. While I only met Avery a few times, I could tell that he was a vibrant, respectful, and true to life individual, just like his father, who I greatly respect. Thinking of you during this difficult time.

To all Avery's family and friends,
We are so deeply saddened that Avery has left this earthly realm. He was a very special guy gone too soon. We will always remember his easy smile and quick wit. He was an especially good friend to our two sons Jesse and Frank in their younger years. We will never forget Avery and our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you mourn his loss and celebrate his life.

Dear Yvonne and Maury, It is not something I usually do, but when I happened to check this morning for a name of someone passed away, I was shocked to see Avery's name. We always had something in common, having lived on High Street and having one son, one child to fulfill our parenting needs. I remember seeing Avery, who really didn't know me, up at Sun Valley one evening. We were having dinner and he was all grown up! We are so very sorry about Avery, and will remember all of you in our prayers. God give you the strength to sustain your son's loss, but such wonderful memories you have. John and Sandy Emhoff

Yvonne and Maury - Our thoughts and prayers are with you, now and always.
Avery, " . . . when you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. You lived your life so that now, as you leave, the world cries and you rejoice." You made a life with what you gave to others. We can never thank you, or Maury and Yvonne who had the strength to share you with this world, enough.

My heart goes out to you, Avery's family and many friends.
I will miss that handsome mountain of a Man serving, always working hard at my beloved Chili Brother's. The last thing he said to me was " keep dry and see you next festival."
He touched many lives in his short stay here. I hope you take some comfort in that.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Avery. Although I only met him a few times, he struck me as being a kind and thoughtful young man with a mischievous streak, and a perfect combination of the two of you! I wish there were something I could say to ease your pain . . . please just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May memories of happy times sustain you and bring you comfort!

Just a thought

The mountains are beautiful
The trail is long
Friendship forever
Even after we're gone

I know about Love
And I feel the hurt
But now Avery
Is wearing an angel shirt

To my best friends
There's much to say
But I'll write it all down
To make a better day

My little notes
Will help a lot
And my prayers
Are the things I was taught

So love is forever
And things so dear
To my friends
While I'm still here
